Case Study: Bilingual Website & Organic Social Foundation for A1 Employment | Ktdigital - Aiden Hoang Nguyen

A1 Employment — an Australian job-placement and migration consultancy serving both English-speaking employers and a Vietnamese-speaking candidate base — needed two things most small consultancies never get around to: a website built for two languages instead of one, and social pages that report on themselves instead of running on gut feel. I built the 23-page bilingual WordPress site from the ground up, then ran a 13-week Meta Business Suite audit across A1's two Facebook pages before proposing a single change to the content calendar.

The Challenge

A1 Employment runs two audiences off one brand: Australian employers and job seekers who need the site in English, and a Vietnamese-speaking candidate base — many navigating visa pathways — who need the same information in their own language, not a machine-translated afterthought. On the social side, the business posts to two Facebook pages, A1 Employment and its sister brand Success Tutoring Bankstown, but had no way to tell whether either page's posting habits were actually working before spending a dollar on ads.

The Approach — Website

Rather than machine-translate a single English site, I built the Vietnamese and English content as parallel page trees: a dedicated home, services hub, and 8 individual service pages — résumé & cover letter prep, interview coaching, LinkedIn review, job brokerage, a specialist career diagnostic tool, and strategic visa-pathway advisory — each written natively for its language rather than duplicated by a translation plugin. About Us, Jobs and Contact sit above both trees; a Blog was added as the 23rd page in the same week the Facebook content push began, so the site and the social channel launched as one coordinated move rather than two separate projects.

The Approach — Social

Before touching the content calendar, I pulled a Meta Business Suite export covering 51 posts across both pages over 13 weeks (22 May – 19 Aug 2026) — 100% organic, zero ad spend, zero boosted reach — to see what the existing habits were actually producing.

What the audit found
A1 posted almost 1.5× more often than Success Tutoring Bankstown (2.3 vs 1.6 posts/week), yet STB earned more than double the reach per post (14.1 vs 6.0) and nearly triple the views per post (31.6 vs 11.8) — largely because a third of STB's posts were video and its photos were more deliberately produced. A1's engagement was also almost entirely share-driven (30 of 36 interactions), with next to no reactions or comments — a broadcast pattern, not a conversation. The takeaway wasn't "post more" — A1 already posted more — it was that cadence without content-quality investment plateaus fast.

That single finding reshaped the next content cycle: instead of adding more posts, September's calendar was built around consistent, fully-designed banners for every scheduled post rather than raw photos, closing the production-quality gap the audit pointed to.

What Was Delivered

  1. Built and launched the 23-page bilingual site — home, services hub and 8 service pages in Vietnamese, mirrored in English, plus About Us, Jobs, Contact and Blog.
  2. Coordinated the site and social launch — the Blog page and the tracked Facebook content period both began the same week (22 May 2026).
  3. Ran a 13-week, 51-post organic diagnostic across A1 Employment and Success Tutoring Bankstown before recommending any change in spend.
  4. Diagnosed the real gap — not posting frequency, but content-production quality and video mix — using reach-per-post and engagement-type breakdowns rather than raw totals.
  5. Built and fully scheduled the September 2026 calendar — 13 of 13 posts, each with a custom banner, replacing the ad-hoc photo posting the audit flagged.

Next Milestone

With September's fully-designed calendar now live, the next Meta Business Suite pull will show whether closing the production-quality gap moves A1's reach-per-post toward Success Tutoring Bankstown's — the same "fix the structure before spending on ads" sequencing used on the D&A and AGS engagements. Only once that organic baseline is understood does a paid boost enter the conversation.
